We often review our approach on projects to understand ways to improve. something we reflect on from larger schemes is how much can be done with not a lot. This is important in an industry when we have become used to huge budgets for ‘outstanding design‘ some of our favourite projects involve working out how to create the same result with less construction. this is true for the Ladies bail hostel where clever introductions of steel and small changes to partitions dramatically improved the use of the building creating a more usable comfortable environment for the user.
