Approaching a project where the house already has a great function and feel is often challenging. Our starting point is always understanding what the client wants. when the house works so well for them already it is important to make sure that our ideas are an extension of what is already there and any spatial or material changes are very critically considered. The end result was a modest orangery to capture the views out over the fields of the cliffs.
